Balance Sheet: 

Assets = Liabilities + Shareholders Equity

The Balance Sheet is a snap shot of what a company Owns (Assets) and Owes (Liabilities)

Income Statement:

Income = Revenue – Expenses

The Income Statement shows performance over a given period of time, usually a quarter or a year.

Cash Flow Statement:

Cash Flow From Assets = Cash Flow To Creditors + Cash Flow to Stock Holders

Documents changes in the Balance Sheet and gives insight into the short term viability of a company.
